Rules & Regulations

Payment

  • Price includes 2 adults and 2 children.
  • $10 Fee per extra adult above 2 per night. Maximum 4 adults per site.
  • No refunds for early departure.
  • Credit card information is required for reservations, balance is due upon your arrival.
  • We require 7 days notice for cancellations, 1 night fee will be charged with less. Full amount will be charged for no notice.

Sites

  • Our sites are back in only (with a few pull-thru sites), no crossing over sites, we are happy to assist you.
  • 1 Vehicle per site, extra parking is available behind the washrooms at $5 per day.
  • Site check-in is between 12:30pm-8:00pm and check-out is before 12:00pm.
  • Cottage and bunkie check-in is after 4:00pm and check-out before 11:00am.
  • Resort reserves the right to refuse entry to any RV that is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
  • 1 Open air dining tent permitted per site OR you may have 1 sleeping tent per site. Both at one time is not permitted. Choose one or the other.
  • Sites must be kept clean and orderly.
  • Sheds are not permitted.
  • Approved decks permitted, max. 8’x20’. (deck deposit of $100 required).
  • Please roll up lawn carpets when you leave.
  • No add-a-rooms allowed.
  • Site to be left in original and clean condition, if not a clean-up charge may be applied.

Garbage Disposal

  • NO Big items are to be disposed of in or around the bin. Bin is for household garbage only. Big items to be taken home with you (ie. microwaves, outdoor furnishings, bbq’s, etc.) No exceptions.
  • No vehicle maintenance/washing permitted.
  • No clothes lines permitted.
  • Washrooms are not to be used for dishes or laundry.
  • Do not deface or attach objects to trees or shrubs, ex. no hammocks attached to trees.
  • No dumping of black/grey water anywhere other than dump station or septic site (if equipped).
  • Sewage hoses hooked up with approved connector only, no open end hoses, M.O.E. Regulations.
  • No foreign objects, diapers, feminine products to be put down toilets, as this is a septic system.

Noise

  • Noisy or rowdy campers are not welcome. Quiet time is between 11:00pm and 8:00am.
  • No visitors after 10:00pm, campers are responsible for their visitors, violators will be asked to leave.
  • No vehicle, ATV, motorcycle, or generators idling during quiet time. Be considerate of your neighbors.

Pets

  • Maximum 2 dogs per site. Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets.
  • Pets must be leashed and kept quiet at all times.
  • Pets are not permitted in the pool area, park buildings, in the children’s playground or on the sand beach area.
  • We do have a designated water access area for dogs, please do not abuse, they must be on a leash and picked up after.
  • Off leash area is in the marked field (not fenced in) located second field out the laneway.

Campfires

  • Any firewood from outside of the park is not permitted. Management reserves the right to inspect any vehicles for any outside wood at our discretion. $80 disposal fee and ejection from park will apply.
  • Wood is available at the store.
  • Fires are to be in pits provided and cannot be moved.
  • Garbage/foreign objects are not to be burned.

Internet Service

  • There is WIFI service in the park. It is not to be used for downloading or streaming.

Visitors & Parking

  • All visitors must report to the office prior to entering the park and must leave by 10:00pm. $5 Fee per car and driver with $5 per day for additional adult, or $2 per day for children. Overnight guests, $10/adult and $2/child.
  • Parking is to be in designated areas only. No parking along roadways, boat/utility trailers are to be parked in designated area only.
  • Boats are not to be left unattended or overnight at the dock.

Safety

  • Speed limit is 10km/hr at all times! Violators will be asked to leave.
  • Children to be supervised by parents at all times and will be held responsible for their actions.
  • No fireworks or sky lanterns permitted.
